Cucumber Water Recipe

Preparing cucumber water couldn’t be easier. In fact, you don’t even need to own a juicer to keep it on hand every day.

  • In the morning, carve one slice from a cucumber.
  • Fill a two-quarter pitcher of water with cold, distilled water.
  • Place the cucumber slice in the water.
  • Let the cucumber sit in the water for 45 minutes.
  • Keep the pitcher refrigerated and drink it throughout the day.
